I don't like Phillips, but I don't think it is all his fault either. Jerruh is known to meddle with the team, and Jason Garrett's offense has zero identity and sometimes it looks like he is selecting his plays out of a hat. Brian Stewart's defense is...it sucks and they have the personnel to be among the best.
Now I dont remember exactly who was saying it last year so I aint gon call anybody out BUT Jason Garrett was worshipped by all last year and everybody wanted him to be HC of the Dallas Cowboys.

It definitely wasn't me. He has looked good at times, and I may as well start liking him because he is gonna be the next HC for Dallas.
Very true it seemed like he did a better job last year, but really there two choices for coach was phillips, which has never been a good HC, and Garrett which had very little coaching experience and was handed the OC job, and pretty much told would be the HC after phillips. I dont have a clue what they were thinking in that move.
Given that Ol Wade has never won a playoff game, I'd have took my chances with Joe Blow, or Joe $hit the Rag Man before I hired Wade Phillips. Wish he'd be HC at Denver again.
...And if you ain't down with that, I got 2 words for ya....
I would have been much happier to see Wade in Washington.
He's a great guy, terrible coach.
Terrible head coach, but he is a good DC
He's adequate. I like his blitz packagages sometimes, hate his coverage schemes.
